step 1: log in / register

if you are not already signed in to your account, you may continue to checkout as a guest. however, to quickly access your saved addresses and payment methods, we suggest signing in to your account using the fields on the right side of the page. you may sign in conveniently using a preferred social network or using the email address and password associated with your account. if you have forgotten your password, click here.

when you are ready to move on to the next step, click "continue".

step 2: billing address

if you're already signed in to your account, you may skip this step, as your billing address will be saved against your account.

if checking out as a guest you will be asked to enter your billing address details. at this stage you can choose to ship to your billing address or to a different address. enter the email address where you wish to receive order confirmation emails and further correspondence regarding your orders and shipments.

step 3: shipping address

if shipping to an address that is not the billing address you can enter the shipping address details here.

note: if you have an item in your shopping bag that has a shipping restriction (hazardous materials, item shipping from different distribution centers, international limitations, etc.), you may see that your purchase is split into multiple shipments even though you are shipping to a single address. be sure to choose a shipping method for each shipment.

when you are ready to move on to the next step, click "continue".

step 4: order summary/payment

be sure to review your order summary to confirm the items in your shopping bag, gift options, shipping addresses, and shipping methods before selecting your payment options. you may click back into any step of the checkout process to make adjustments.

shipping methods can be selected at this stage.

confirm your billing address:

  • your shipping address will appear here automatically if you specified for it to be used earlier in the checkout. if not, enter your name and billing address. your name and billing address must be entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement to avoid any delay in the authorization process. if you are not paying with a credit card, this address will allow us to contact you if any issues arise with your order. be sure to confirm the address is correct before proceeding. if the address is incorrect or requires editing, click "change delivery address."

choose your payment method

once you have verified all aspects of your purchase and that any promo codes have been correctly applied, select your method of payment.

  • paypal: selecting the paypal option will redirect you out to paypal's secure checkout page. once you complete all options there and your form of tender is confirmed, you will be redirected back to our order confirmation step. 
    note: if you opted to checkout with paypal earlier in the checkout process, the payment method section will reflect that you are about to process payment using your paypal account. if you no longer wish to use your paypal account, click "change payment method."
  • credit & debit cards: after selecting this option, you will be required to fill out the credit card form. complete all required fields exactly as they appear on your credit card. if you are signed in to your account, you can save the credit card for future use by clicking the "save this card" checkbox. for more information on our credit card rules and policies, click here
    when you are ready to complete your transaction, click the "submit order" button.

step 5: order receipt

after you complete the checkout process, you will be directed to the order confirmation page. here you will see your order number and complete details of your order. we recommend that you print this receipt and save the order information for your records. you will need this information for all references to your order.
